Tune Up Your Mind:Unlock Your Full Potential
Do you ever feel as though life's passing you by and you're missing out on something wonderful? Most people
do and the reason is simple. If you're like most people, you're not using your full potential.
Your mind is letting your know that creative resources are untapped and that this energy is clamoring to be let
out.
Our minds have a need to express themselves and demand more than watching soap operas or sports programs.
Another reason why many don't reach their potential is that they're held back by the past. Like most people, you
probably find that childhood memories are still haunting you.
Have the following or similar ever happened to you?
You see your expanding waistline, promise yourself you're going to start exercising soon but months pass
and you've done nothing? Or you're going to take up painting watercolors next spring but summer comes round and
you're still spending your free time in front of the TV? Or how about that diet you swore you'd start?
The fact is that the best intentions in the world can get sabotaged by a mind that stuck with its own old
agenda.
For example, for many overweight people, it's not a lack of will power that keeps those pounds on and the diets
untried. There are psychological reasons, too. The fact is that you never really forget the things that hurt
you.
When Aunt Lucy told you you were a fat blimp of a child, that though stuck somewhere and has held you back ever
since. So when you rational mind tells you to start working out, you think it's a great idea.
But somehow it never happens. It's almost as though you're grand intentions are being sabotaged. And in a way,
that's exactly what's happening.
When something unpleasant happens to us, like Aunt Lucy's thoughtless remarks, we push the incident deep down
into our unconscious. Out of sight and out of mind, it stops consciously hurting us but lurks deep inside waiting
for its moment.
That moment comes when we resolve to exercise. The conscious mind sees the wisdom but that old
thought skulking in the dark realm of the subconscious rears its head and holds you back. And you
can never seem to work out why.
Or perhaps your daily life is dragged down by stress and worry. We all have problems to deal with on a daily
basis but sometimes, they can seem insurmountable though they're just everyday things.
The trouble is our minds can get clogged up with negative thoughts from a range of sources. We are susceptible
to virii of the mind such as phobias and neuroses that tug away at your happiness and fulfillment.
All is not lost. The good news is that there are many ways to get our minds working at optimum levels. You can
remove phobias and fears, liberate yourself from old hurts, and build optimism and clear thinking just for a start.
After that, there's no limit to what you can achieve.
It's all a matter of getting in touch with your subconscious mind. By tapping into this vast resource and
communicating directly with your deepest self, you can bring tremendous changes to all aspects of your life.
You can boost your health, learn languages, sports or musical instruments easily, become more
efficient in your work, cast off old mental baggage and live free....evaporate phobias and fears that have haunted
you for years...melt away stress and anxiety in seconds at will.
Or you can tap into your inner power to become an alpha male or assured public speaker....fall asleep like
a baby and interact with your dreams...the list of benefits is as infinite as the scope of your subconscious
mind.
